You do not need to be technical. We do the set-up. You tell us how your business runs.

You book your meeting

Book a meeting on the Request a free demo page, using the real availability shown on screen. In the meeting we talk about your services, your team, your opening hours and how you take bookings today.

We set it up

We build your website and configure your booking system with your real details: services and durations, professionals and their working hours, logo, colours, policies. If you have a customer list from another system, we can import it. Usually within a few days.

You use it free for one month, then you decide

We show you the app in a short session. We put the booking button on your website, add the link to your Instagram and Google Business Profile, and give you the QR code to print. You use everything free for one month. No card, no commitment. After the demo we will send you a clear proposal, and only then do you decide.

Your first week

We handle the whole set-up and we stay with you during the first week to answer any question.

Day 1We install the app on your phone with you, check your business details, services, team and hours, make a test booking together and switch on notifications.
Day 1We hand you your booking link and a printed QR code, and we add the link to your Instagram and Google Business Profile.
First weekWe load your upcoming holidays and import your customer list if you have one. You only mark each visit as completed or missed, which switches on rebooking reminders and review requests.
First weekWe show you how to add tags and notes for special customers (allergies, VIPs).
After a weekWe go through the numbers with you.
Start of next monthYour first monthly report arrives by email.
