How does the free 1-month demo work?
We set up your website and your booking system, and you use them free for one month. There is no card and no commitment. Only after that do you decide. After the demo we will send you a clear proposal.
Why do I need Zipfixy if I can build a website with artificial intelligence?
A website built with AI is usually a basic page assembled from generic templates: it looks like thousands of others. A Zipfixy website is a professional site, designed around your business, optimised to load fast and show up on Google, with animations and attention to detail that set you apart from everyone else. It also includes its own booking module, inside your website and under your name, which a generic site does not give you. A standout website plus your own booking system is what gives you far greater potential.
Do you charge commission on bookings?
No. Zipfixy has no per-booking commissions and no fees per customer.
I already use another booking app. Can I bring my customers?
Yes. Export your customer list from your current system and we can import it (up to 1,000 customers at a time). You can keep the old system running alongside ours while you decide.
What is the difference between Zipfixy and a booking marketplace?
In a marketplace model, customers often book on the platform's own site or app and your business appears next to others. With Zipfixy, the booking system is inside your own website, under your own name, with no per-booking commissions. See the full comparison on the Why Zipfixy page.
Who owns my customer data?
Your customers' data belongs to your business. You can export it any time as a spreadsheet (CSV), and erase individual customers on request.
Can I try it before I decide?
Yes, that is what the free 1-month demo is for. You can also look at the "See it in action" page, which shows a fictitious salon in screenshots.
Which languages does it work in?
Your website comes in English and Greek. The booking page and customer emails work in English, Greek and Russian. The business app is in English and Greek. This site is also available in Spanish.
Is my customers' data safe, and is this GDPR compliant?
Your business's data is kept separate from every other business, and the database is hosted in the EU (Ireland). The system includes tools for the things GDPR asks you to do: export one customer's data, erase a customer on request, and delete inactive customers automatically if you choose. You are the controller of your customers' data and we process it on your behalf.
What if I decide not to continue after the demo?
Then you simply do not go ahead. You can export your customers and bookings at any time.
