Terms of service

1. Parties and definitions (Marc Romans Roca, trading as Zipfixy, and the client).
2. The service: website, booking system (Zipfixy Book), the free 1-month demo, and what is included in the agreed proposal.
3. Demo period, proposal, invoicing and payment: as set out in the proposal sent after the demo.
4. Term, renewal, cancellation and notice. As set out in the proposal agreed with each customer.
5. Client's obligations: accurate information, content they supply, lawful use, permission to use customers' data.
6. Ownership: client owns their customers' data and their brand; Zipfixy owns its software and templates.
7. Data protection: roles (business as controller, Zipfixy as processor), reference to the data processing agreement.
8. Availability: service provided on a reasonable-efforts basis: we keep backups and monitor that the website and booking system are running and available..
9. Limits of liability.
10. Third-party services (email, hosting).
11. Changes to the terms; governing law: Cyprus; disputes: courts of Cyprus.
